Zodiac Energy reported a 40% drop in Q4 EBITDA compared to last year, at ₹105M. Despite the decline, there was a marginal improvement in the company's EBITDA margin, rising to 10.5%.

Zodiac Energy Ltd has been awarded a $3.29M solar power project in Zambia, set to build a 6 MWp DC, 5 MW AC solar plant with a 1 MWh battery energy storage system. The project is expected to be completed within nine months.
