Sanofi India announces its 70th Annual General Meeting for April 29, 2026, to be held via video conference in line with SEBI guidelines. The meeting will address key topics such as the presentation of audited financials, dividend decisions, appointments of new directors, and approval of related party transactions.

Sanofi India has proposed a dividend of ₹48 per share for the fiscal year 2025 (subject to AGM approval). This dividend is taxable and will be subject to TDS; therefore, shareholders are advised to update their PAN and bank details by April 15, 2026.
