Prestige Estates announces the launch of a new 5,120-unit township called 'Golden Grove' in Hyderabad, valued at approximately $1.3 billion. The project is the latest expansion for the real estate company.

Prestige Estates has announced plans for a massive ₹9,500 crore housing project in Hyderabad, named Prestige Golden Grove. This project will consist of approximately 5,120 units, priced between Rs 1-3 crore each.

Axis Securities maintains a target of 28,080 for the Nifty, emphasizing on quality and sustainable earnings. They have added Kotak Bank, Eternal, and Nestle India to their top investment choices, while removing Mahanagar Gas, HDFC Bank, and Prestige Estate from preferred positions.

Prestige Estates has completed a significant block trade on NSE for approximately INR 115.78 crore, with each of the 1,005,893 shares sold at INR 1151. This signifies a substantial transaction for the real estate company.

Prestige Estates has acquired a 17.2-acre plot in Gurugram's Sector 92, situated near the Dwarka Expressway. This upcoming project spans over 3 million square feet with an estimated value of ₹4,200 crore.
