The company is currently dealing with a dispute involving the government, as an ongoing arbitration concerns issues related to a lease agreement. Additionally, investor disputes have been resolved through mediation.

On May 25th, Prajay Engineers will present their audited results for the fiscal year 2026, following a board meeting. A trading window for designated persons has been closed since April 1st and will remain so until 48 hours after the results are announced.
