Paramount Communications plans to raise approximately 92.4 crore Indian rupees by issuing 2.2 million new shares at a price of ₹42 each. Additionally, 72 lakh warrants have been approved for this price, and a shareholder meeting is scheduled on June 6, 2026, to finalize the decision.
