Oricon Enterprises has sold 2.47 lakh shares in an associated company for INR 5.5 crore, despite the associate reporting a loss of INR 74.8 lakh last year. The sale agreement is set to conclude on March 31, 2026.

Oricon Enterprises rose by 2.49%, closing at Rs.67.39, surpassing the Sensex's 0.28% drop, despite facing a recent downgrade in its quality rating.
