Oriental Aromatics Ltd has announced a 11% increase in their annual revenue for FY26, reaching ₹1,030.8 Crore compared to the previous year.

Oriental Aromatics reported a Q4 EBITDA increase to Rs 195 million compared to last year, but the EBITDA margin dipped to 6.9%, suggesting potential profit margin compression.

Oriental Aromatics has been issued an income tax notice, asking for explanations regarding a reported undisclosed income of approximately INR 1367 crores for the fiscal year 2020-21. A significant portion, around INR 1258 crores, is currently under investigation.
