Linde India's holding in Zenataris Renewable Energy has been decreased from 27% to 19.2%, following recent equity allotments. This change was announced in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, as previously communicated.

Linde India will convene a board meeting on May 30, 2026, to finalize and announce their audited financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. During this meeting, they will also determine whether or not to recommend a dividend payment for shareholders.
