CRISIL maintains Kokuyo Camlin's credit ratings, signaling a stable future and robust short-term financial standing for their bank facilities.

Kokuyo Camlin has announced that shareholders eligible for the upcoming dividend must be recorded by July 30, 2026. The book closure period is from July 31 to August 6, 2026, and if approved at the AGM, dividends will be distributed after August 6.

Kokuyo Camlin's Q4 net profit saw a 34% decrease compared to last year, with profits totalling ₹29 million. Despite the dip in profit, revenue increased by 13%, reaching ₹2.26 billion for the same period.

Kokuyo Camlin significantly reduced its tax demand for the fiscal year 2018-19, with the figure dropping from ₹162.97 Crore to ₹34.05 Crore. However, an additional ₹3.05 Crore remains contested, and the company has announced plans to appeal this residual demand through legal channels.
