Waterfront, a subsidiary of Jash Engineering, has purchased Penstocks UK Ltd for £550K, strengthening their presence in the UK and positioning themselves to serve significant water utility firms across the Midlands and South England.

Jash Engineering announces a Rs. 0.60 interim dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26, payable to shareholders whose records appear on or before April 10, 2026. The dividend will be disbursed according to legal payment schedules.
