IVP Ltd has uncovered a fraud of approximately INR 6.13 crores, carried out by one of its sales employees using customer records. In response, an FIR has been lodged with the Mumbai police and the company is strengthening its customer onboarding procedures to prevent future incidents.

IVP Ltd reported Q4 FY26 earnings with a net profit of ₹886 lakh on total income of ₹16,556 lakh. The board recommended a dividend of ₹1.5 per share and also announced the reappointments for auditors, cost auditors, and independent directors.

On May 21, 2026, IVP Ltd is set to announce their Q4 and full-year 2026 results, including a potential dividend recommendation for shareholders. Trading will be halted until 48 hours after the announcement.
