IndoStar Capital has been added to the list of companies trading on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) in India, marking a significant milestone for the company. This move offers investors a new opportunity to invest in the financial services sector.

IndoStar Capital's annual financial results for the year ending 2026 will be approved by the board on May 27. Trading activity will resume only 48 hours after the results are announced, in accordance with SEBI regulations.

Indostar Capital Finance has approved the issuance of ₹600 crore worth of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in three series, offering a yield of 9.25%. The tenors for these NCDs range between 18 and 21 months.

Motilal Oswal forecasts a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23% for Indostar's Assets Under Management (AUM) by fiscal year 2028, leading to a potential 24% increase in share price, with the brokerage setting a target of Rs 270. The growth, however, depends on Indostar's successful execution strategies.
