Prakash Industries' Q4 net profit climbed by 3% year-over-year, reaching ₹933 million.

Hindprakash Industries will release their FY26 financial results on May 28, following a board meeting for approval of the audited standalone figures. The trading window is currently closed from April 1 and will reopen 48 hours after the results are disclosed.
