At the virtual Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on May 2, 2026, GRM Overseas Ltd made significant changes. The company agreed to modify its MOA Object Clause and reappointed Mrs. Nidhi as an Independent Director. These decisions were approved by 158 attending members.
