Orient Green Power has transferred over 2.33 million shares worth Rs. 23.3 crores to Delta Renewable Energy. This move could further strengthen Delta's position in the solar energy sector, as they already manage 7 MW of solar projects in Tamil Nadu and have another 17.6 MW under development.

Orient Green Power has announced the unencumbering of its pledged shares for its subsidiaries such as Bharath Wind Farm, Beta Wind Farm, Gamma Green Power, among others. This move indicates a potential reduction in financial obligations, enhancing the company's liquidity position.
