GPT Healthcare predicts an 8% increase in Average Revenue Per Occupied Bed (ARPOB) by FY27, attributed to tariff adjustments and specialty optimization efforts. Despite this growth, ARPOB in Agartala is projected to remain slightly lower than Kolkata facilities.

GPT Healthcare is set to launch a new 150-bed hospital in Jamshedpur by the end of FY27, with an investment of INR 70 lakh per bed. The company aims for occupancy rates between 70% and 73% in Salt Lake, 72% to 78% in Dum Dum, 58% in Agartala, and the 50s in Howrah, as projected for FY27.

GPT Healthcare aims to expand its hospital network to include 1,000 beds and anticipates a 15% increase in revenues by the fiscal year 2027.
