NK Securities has purchased approximately 589 thousand shares of Dam Capital Advisors for INR 167.7 each in recent trades on the National Stock Exchange.

DAM Capital has announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2026, granting a dividend of Re.1 per Rs.2 share to its shareholders. Additionally, an amended Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) has been established for 3.5 million stock options, and the Managing Director's term has been extended for another five years.

DAM Capital reported a significant growth in FY26, with an income of ₹237 crore and a 30% rise in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹73 crore. The company's net cash increased to ₹311 crore, and they have 25 Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) in the pipeline. Since 2019, they've also successfully raised over ₹1.6 lakh crore through 96 Equity Capital Market (ECM) deals.

DAM Capital's board meeting on May 22, 2026, will decide the dividend for FY26 and potential changes to the ESOP scheme. The trading window is currently closed but will reopen after the financial results are declared.
