Cosmo First and Filmax Korea have established a 50/50 joint venture, named Filmax Cosmo Korea Limited, focusing on marketing and distributing flexible packaging solutions.

Cosmo First Ltd sets sights on achieving double-digit growth and reducing debt by fiscal year 2027. To facilitate this, the company intends to complete a capital expenditure of approximately Rs.1,200 crore by that time.
