Concord Enviro Systems intends to boost its EBITDA margin by 14-16% in the fiscal year 2027, supported by a substantial project pipeline worth INR 3,000 crore, aiming for substantial growth.

Concord Enviro Systems experienced a 6% drop in Q4 revenue for FY26, primarily due to ongoing supply chain challenges. However, the company is working on bolstering its workforce, venturing into the solar sector, and maintaining its position as a key player in the core industry.

Concord Enviro Systems reported a significant drop in Q4 net profit by 70%, reaching ₹147 million compared to ₹485 million last year. While revenue declined slightly, it still stood at ₹2.06 billion, showing only a minor decrease from ₹2.1 billion the previous year.

Concord Enviro Systems has announced that its fiscal year 2026 financial results have been approved, with no issues flagged during the audit review. Additionally, it's confirmed that funds raised from their Initial Public Offering in December 2024 have been utilized as planned, totaling Rs. 175 crore.

Concord Enviro FZE has taken over convertible shares of WaHa Inc., a U.S. clean-tech company, expanding its technological capacities. The deal also grants them exclusive licensing rights in India and the UAE for Advanced Water Generation (AWG) and Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) solutions.
