Centrum Capital experienced a 1.96% decline to close at Rs.23.05, underperforming the Sensex's 0.5% gain due to bearish momentum following a technical downgrade and mixed Q4 results that pointed to underlying structural issues.

Despite reporting a Q4 profit of ₹13.6 crore and reversing a substantial loss, Centrum Capital's stock has experienced a year-over-year drop of 21.3%, contrasting the NBFC sector's 7.9% growth, with its current trading price at ₹23.3.

Centrum Capital's Q4 revenue declined by 10.7% year-over-year to INR 10,485.2 million, marking a drop compared to the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Centrum Capital has recently approved its financial plan for the upcoming fiscal years 2025-2026, aiming to raise an impressive Rs. 1000 crore through Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). They've also secured funds in Q4 of the current financial year and extended the tenure of their auditors for a period of five years.

Centrum Capital reports a significant turnaround in Q4, recording a profit of ₹136 million compared to a loss of ₹205 million the previous year. However, the company's quarterly revenue dropped by 9%, decreasing from ₹11.2 billion to ₹10.2 billion year-over-year.

Centrum Capital divested from Centrum Alternatives LLP on March 31, 2026, collecting a sum of INR 7.5 lakh. In the financial year 2024-25, CAL LLP accounted for 2.1% of Centrum Capital's net worth before Surplus Fincare came on board as a new partner.
