Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has decided to wind down its Norwegian subsidiary, Advait Energy Holdings AS, by March 2026. The Norwegian unit contributed approximately INR 134.8 million to the parent company's net worth in the fiscal year 2024-25, but no sale consideration is expected due to its voluntary liquidation.

Advait Energy has been awarded a ₹44.48 crore contract to carry out Medium Voltage Cable Circuit (MVCC) work for the Amreli project, which falls under PGVCL's scheme and requires completion within nine months.
