Wendt India announces a final dividend of INR 10 per share for the fiscal year ending March 2026, bringing the total dividend payout for that year to INR 30. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for July 24, 2026.

Wendt India reported a standalone sales increase to ₹20.65 crores for the fiscal year ending FY26, alongside a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹2.27 crores. Consolidated figures show sales reached ₹23.39 crores and PAT at ₹1.45 crores. The company has proposed to distribute a dividend of ₹30 per share for the fiscal year.

Wendt's Q4 EBITDA slumped by 42%, reporting at ₹107 million compared to ₹184 million of the previous year. The margin also narrowed significantly, now standing at 16.1% as opposed to the year-ago level of 24.3%.

Wendt India, on April 24, 2026, will convene a board meeting to approve their FY26 audited financial results and make a decision regarding the final dividend for the fiscal year 2025-2026.
