Virinchi Ltd has issued approximately 9.1 lakh new shares at a price of INR 28 each, following the conversion of warrants, and received about INR 191.2 million as partial payment for this transaction from IT Peer Tech LLC.

Virinchi has issued 8.5 million shares at ₹28 each, increasing its total share capital to approximately ₹109.6 crore, with a new total of around 10.96 crore shares. The shares were allotted via preferential warrants.
