TransIndia Real Estate has announced the purchase of three Kolkata-based companies for approximately INR 84 crores, a move aimed at expanding its warehousing operations by securing 44 acres of land in the city.

Transindia Real Estate Ltd has purchased a ₹84 crore stake in three logistics parks (Dighanta Landscape, Panchghara Landscape, and Panchghara Logistics Parks) to strengthen its business, promote operational synergies, and increase profitability.
