Systematix Corporation Services is set to discuss and decide on the final dividend payout for their fiscal year ending in March 2026 during their board meeting on April 29th.

Systematix Corporate Services Ltd has committed ₹35 crore to its fully-owned subsidiary, SSSIL, through a rights issue. The subsidiary, a SEBI-registered intermediary specializing in broking and portfolio management, will continue to remain under the same ownership post-investment.
