Yuga Stocks has purchased approximately 2.45 million shares of STL Networks for an average price of INR 32.3 each, marking a significant investment in the telecommunications infrastructure company.

STL Networks has announced plans to raise approximately INR 108 crores through the issuance of convertible warrants, with these warrants being allocated to the promoter Twin Star Overseas Ltd. This funds injection is expected to take place via a preferential issue.
