Snowman Logistics reported a Q4 EBITDA of 237 million, marking a decrease from the previous year's 240.5 million. The EBITDA margin also took a hit, dropping to 15.7% compared to last year's 17.6%.

Snowman Logistics reported a 9.5% increase in FY26 revenue, reaching INR 604.4 crore, with EBITDA at INR 94.5 crore. The warehousing sector saw a robust growth of 11.7%, while trading and distribution surged by 22.5%. However, the transportation segment experienced a decline due to transitioning towards a fifth-party logistics (5PL) model.

Snowman Logistics has grown its warehousing capacity significantly by establishing six new facilities across Kolkata, Krishnapatnam, Kundli, Jaipur, and Pune/Patna. This expansion adds over 30,000 pallet positions to their network, aiming to improve service efficiency and accommodate increased demand.

Snowman Logistics will approve their Q4 and full-year 2026 results during a board meeting on May 6, 2026. Trading restrictions for key personnel will remain in effect until May 8, following the release of these results.
