Sapphire Foods reported a substantial drop in Q4 profits, transitioning from a profit of ₹20 million last year to a loss of ₹126 million this year. This indicates a noticeable decline in the company's financial performance compared to the previous year.

Despite a 11.4% revenue growth in Q4FY26, Sapphire Foods reported a loss of ₹12.6 crore due to a one-time hit. The KFC revenues increased by 15%, but Pizza Hut India saw a 6% decline. Expansion continued with the addition of 24 outlets, bringing the total to 1,052 restaurants.

Sapphire Foods is set to announce their audited financial results at a board meeting on April 28, 2026. Trading activities for the company have been temporarily halted from April 30, 2026, following the result declaration.
