Prozone Realty has decided to transfer its land assets into Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and sell significant subsidiaries. The company is investing INR 24 crore to acquire a 17.5% stake in Gajaanan Property Developers.

Prozone Realty has now fully acquired the three subsidiaries, Empire, Alliance, and Hagwood, giving them full ownership control.
