The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has given its approval for the merger of Nirmal Lifestyle Realty with Oberoi Realty Ltd. This amalgamation is aimed at streamlining structure, increasing synergies, and boosting stakeholder value for Oberoi Realty Ltd. The merger will take effect once it's filed with the Registrar.

Oberoi Realty has secured a 1,740 square meter plot in Mumbai's prestigious Malabar Hill for redevelopment, gaining approval for a 51,000 sqft development area under the Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA).
