JBM Auto is set to announce their FY26 financial results and dividend on April 30, 2026. A trading restriction has been imposed for company insiders from April 1, 2026, until 48 hours following the release of the results on BSE.

The stocks of JBM Auto and Olectra Greentech surged by up to 6.5% on the BSE, following Delhi's proposed Electric Vehicle (EV) Policy 2026-2030. The policy offers tax exemptions for EVs priced under INR 30 lakh, which includes phased Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) restrictions, subsidies, and incentives for two- and three-wheelers. This has boosted investor confidence in EV companies such as JBM and Olectra.
