Huhtamaki India has postponed the release of its Q1 results due to outstanding matters, with the trading window still closed. Effective from April 28, 2026, Amit Gupta will take over as CFO while Anil Kaul returns to his role as Finance Controller.

Starting from April 2026, Amit Gupta will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Huhtamaki India, replacing Anil Kaul who is stepping down on April 27, 2026, but will continue his tenure with the company in a Finance Controller role.

Huhtamaki India has announced the date for its 76th Annual General Meeting on May 8, 2026, which will be held via video conferencing. The company also set the record date for a Rs. 2 final dividend distribution to eligible shareholders as April 23, 2026.
