HP Adhesives reported a 13% drop in Q4 sales compared to last year, amounting to INR 57.7 crores, but managed to narrow its net loss to INR 2.4 crores. Despite the sales decline, shares have risen by 15.3% over the past year.

HP Adhesives is set to review their dividend distribution following the approval of their audited financials on May 12, 2026. Trading restrictions for select individuals will remain in effect until May 14, 2026, post the release of the financial results.
