HCL Infosystems has secured a refund of INR 26.35 crore in VAT, credited by Rajasthan authorities, related to taxes levied on batteries accompanying mobile phones between the years 2009-12.

HCL Infosystems has appointed Gaurav Bhalla as Manager and Key Management Personnel for a five-year term, effective May 1, 2026. Bhalla's extensive 20-year experience in finance, audits, mergers, governance, and ERP systems will undoubtedly contribute significantly to the company.
