Gufic Biosciences has increased its investment in the Australian biotechnology company Selvax by purchasing approximately 378,000 shares, equivalent to around USD 50,000. This move positions Gufic as a significant shareholder, with over 1.6 million shares, as Selvax specializes in developing immunotherapies for solid tumors.

Gufic Biosciences successfully reduced their tax demand from INR 11.88 crore to just INR 11,760 after an appeal, but were hit with a penalty of INR 2.35 crore for underreporting income. They plan to file another appeal in response.
