Gateway Distriparks announces plans for a new Inland Container Depot (ICD) near Indore with an estimated capacity of 120,000 Twenty-Foot Equivalent Units (TEUs). The company also intends to expand its train fleet to 37 by the first quarter of FY26 and has increased its promoter stake to 33.9% in Q4.

Gateway Distriparks records a significant turnaround in Q4, reporting a profit of ₹61 crore compared to a loss of ₹193 crore in the same quarter last year. This improvement comes despite a minor dip in revenue (0.3%) to ₹533.6 crore, with EBITDA up by 9.5% to ₹118 crore and margins at 22.1%.

Gateway Distriparks announced a revenue of INR 2.23 billion for FY26 along with a PBT of INR 28.28 crores. However, auditors have raised concerns about regulatory issues, unpaid advances amounting to INR 86.62 crores, and an ongoing arbitration case with Concor.

Gateway Distriparks has reported a 9% increase in Q4 EBITDA, reaching ₹1.18 billion. This growth also resulted in an expansion of the company's EBITDA margin to 22.1%, up from 20.1% year-over-year.

Gateway Distriparks' fourth quarter volumes were affected by the ongoing crisis in West Asia, resulting in a modest 2% increase compared to the previous quarter and a moderate growth of 5.4% year-over-year. Despite an impressive 31.6% year-to-date revenue growth and a steady rise in rail throughput by 9.4%, the company's EBITDA and PAT saw a dip in the fourth quarter compared to their previous growth rates.
