Electrotherm India has admitted to missing a loan payment and accrued interest amounting to INR 28.7 crores. With an overall debt of INR 1002 crores, they are currently engaged in negotiations with the Asset Reconstruction Company for potential resolution.

Electrotherm (India) has been issued a tax demand notice of approximately INR 3.96 crore for the fiscal year 2019-20, with around INR 1.78 crore attributed to taxes and an additional INR 2.18 crore for interest. The company is planning to challenge this notice in court.
