DCW Ltd has been granted approval to list 53.7 million additional shares on both the NSE and BSE following an amalgamation. These shares will hold equal status with current shares and will begin trading from April 13, 2026.

DCW Ltd has expanded its annual CPVC production capacity from 40,000 MT to 50,000 MT, with the new 10,000 MT facility now operational and expected to reach full output by Q1 FY27.
