The Bombay High Court has resolved a long-standing 40-year land dispute in favor of Valor Estate's subsidiary, Miraland Developers, granting them ownership over a 205-acre plot in Mira Bhayandar. The company is now waiting for the official order copy.

Valor Estate's subsidiary, MIG, plans to take over Radius Estates in a deal worth approximately ₹383 crore. The acquisition is subject to fulfilling certain conditions and the release of share pledges.
