Chemfab Alkalis has increased its ECU price for the fourth quarter of FY26 to ₹39,100/MT, marking a ≈2% increase from Q3. The company is set to enhance efficiency with a new plant scheduled to begin operations in November 2025, and a hybrid power plant is nearing commissioning.

Chemfab Alkalis announces a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share for the fiscal year 2026. The company also renewed the contracts for their cost and internal auditors for the upcoming financial years 2026-2027.

Chemfab Alkalis experienced a significant drop in Q4 EBITDA, with earnings falling by 36% year-over-year to ₹85 million. The decline also resulted in a shrinking of the margin, now standing at 11.4%, compared to 14.45% in the same period last year.
