Avadh Sugar & Energy Ltd has proposed a dividend of ₹10 for FY26 (fiscal year 2026), subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The stock ended the day at Rs. 497.5 on BSE, with an intraday high of Rs. 505 and a low of Rs. 494.

Avadh Sugar's Q4 earnings for FY26 decreased slightly compared to last year, reporting an income of ₹672 crore versus ₹678 crore in the previous year. The profit after tax (PAT) also dropped from ₹72 crore to ₹56 crore. As a result, the company has proposed a dividend of ₹10 per share for shareholders.

Avadh Sugar's Q4 net profit has decreased compared to last year, falling from 717 million rupees to 556 million rupees. This indicates a decline in profits for the sugar company in the recent quarter.
