Albert David has announced that Amit Mahla will take over as CEO starting May 12, 2026. The company also declared a dividend of ₹5 per share, with the Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 6 through a virtual conference.

Albert David's Q4 sales have increased by 14.6% compared to the same period last year, reaching INR 85.86 crore. However, the quarterly net loss has widened significantly to INR 21.4 crore. Despite this, the company's shares have managed to gain 10.1% over the past six months.
