Ankit Shah, known as Jolly, has offloaded 59,119 AB Cotspin India shares at an average price of ₹269.2 each in a recent sale on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

AB Cotspin India has announced updates to their Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure Codes, set to take effect on March 30, 2026. In addition, the company's Managing Director will now serve as the Chief Investor Relations Officer, with a focus on maintaining transparency in the disclosure of sensitive information.
